Are you a technically minded professional who enjoys working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver successful product launches and continuous improvement?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global food business where you’ll play a key role managing technical relationships with customers while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the site. As Technical Account Manager, you’ll act as the bridge between customers and internal operations, ensuring product launches run smoothly, technical standards are met, and strong partnerships are maintained. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Acting as the key technical contact for customer accounts, ensuring clear and consistent communication between customers and site teams
• Leading internal cross-functional teams to deliver projects, product launches, and improvement initiatives successfully
• Managing project critical paths to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved
• Coordinating internal teams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and delivered
• Analysing operational and quality data to identify trends, support investigations, and drive improvement actions
• Supporting the management of product specifications, artwork approval, and technical documentation
• Working closely with technical, operations, and commercial teams to maintain alignment on projects and priorities
• Managing customer queries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities across quality, process, and customer delivery
• Building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customer teams

What’s required?

• Degree in Food Science or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
• Experience within a technical, quality, or customer-facing role in food manufacturing
• Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety management systems
• Experience liaising with site management teams and cross-functional departments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational and project management capability
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational and quality data
• Proactive approach with the confidence to drive projects and improvements
