‍You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Ensuring the safety of the technical team
• Innovation and continuous improvement
• Achievement through people
• Audit ready everyday
• Vision and strategic planning
• Policy compliance
• Remote on-call technical coverage one weekend in three
• Some travel with overnight stays
• Competent people manager

What's required?

• Food safety science background (degree desirable)
• Proven track record in a quality management position within a food environment
• Experience in facilitation of meetings and dealing with UK retailers and third-party accreditation authorities
• HACCP certified to a minimum of least level 3.
• To be successful in post you will be confident robust, and resilient.
• You will have the ability to manage and develop a team.
