This is a high-impact innovation role where you’ll sit at the heart of menu and product strategy, shaping new concepts that resonate with consumers now and in the future. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on creativity, working cross-functionally to bring ideas to life from early-stage concept through to successful launch. Ideal for someone curious, commercially minded, and passionate about food-led innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic ideation and innovation thinking across short-, medium-, and long-term product pipelines.
• Act as a guardian of food and brand philosophy, helping define guiding principles for product development.
• Generate and develop compelling new product concepts independently and collaboratively.
• Identify opportunities to expand into new categories and support sustainable growth strategies.
• Validate innovation pipelines through consumer insight, testing, and data-led decision making.
• Consider the full product proposition, including taste, texture, packaging, price point, and usage occasion.
• Balance strategic vision with a hands-on, creative approach to development.
• Create engaging presentations and documentation that bring innovation pipelines and food vision to life.
• Oversee concepts as they move from idea through development and launch, ensuring strategic integrity throughout.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, marketing, and retail-facing teams.

What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record in innovation, ideally within food, QSR, retail, casual dining, or food-on-the-go environments.
• Strong brand and customer-led thinking, with experience tackling complex growth challenges.
• Highly creative, intellectually curious, and insight-driven, with strong analytical capability.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and inspire across teams.
• Comfortable working strategically while remaining hands-on with concepts and ideas.
• A collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Genuine passion for food, trends, and building successful, scalable food propositions.
