‍You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Working closely with the sweet goods category team with a key focus on developing products from insights to concept.
• Creative product design.
• Photography to media, increase the media presence.
• Produce application and design information sheets for both customers and the website.
• Using product design to create presentations of products tailored to customers’ needs and produce supporting documentation.
• Developing products for national holidays, staging and photographing star-branded products.
• Promote the application of new product designs both internally and externally with customers.
• Optimise product awareness of new trend concepts and product improvements.
• Exploring the adaptability of developed products
• Building relationships with the commercial team to demonstrate our product capabilities through application and design.
• Work confidentially with customer projects protecting intellectual property and customer confidentiality.

What's required?

• Bakery Graduate
• Possess excellent technical skills, communication skills, commitment,drive and tenacity
• IT literacy in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word and management of the PDS system to manage customer projects
• Ability to demonstrate a superior understanding and appreciation of customer’s issues, possession of analytical skills to identify a resolution to potential problems.
