The right size to succeed

Our MD, Tom, started the business in his kitchen in 2009. Today. there are currently around eight of us across three divisions in our Croydon office. Business is growing nicely, but we’re still the ideal size for people to come in and make an individual impression.

You can really find your niche here – there’s room to cultivate opportunities or pursue a personal interest. That’s probably why we attract a lot of naturally enterprising people.

 

Work with grown-ups

We treat our people like grown-ups; no spoon feeding or micro-management. We don’t set targets for the sake of it or hold pointless meetings. And you don’t have to be in the office at silly o’clock to prove you’re doing a good job.

It helps that we get on well. We constantly share problems and tap into each other’s knowledge. So, even if you don’t have food sector experience, you’ll soon be up to speed.

A fun, friendly place to work

If you’re into food and drink, there’s nowhere better to work. We hold lots of social events (usually revolving around food). We organise regular visits to top London restaurants, an annual trip abroad and, for those of you who like to work up an appetite, active events like the tough mudder.
