You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Lead beverage application briefs (ABs) and help manage workload and priorities with rest of team, supporting internal and external customers.
  • Manage proactive projects on trend presentations, functional ingredients, health &wellness, recipe development, support Annual Plan and campaigns.
  • Keep up to date with beverage trends to provide our customers with inspirational beverage concepts.
  • Showcase new flavour and flavour ingredients.
  • Keep up to date with relevant food regulations which may impact our applications recipes to ensure they are complying.
  • Work alongside the flavourists ensuring new flavour concepts from DBs work in customer application.
  • Increase recipe portfolio in alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Support marketing with social media campaigns through product selection and recipe formulation and Branding.
  • Streamlining and continuous improvement on recipe development and lab processes.

What's required?

  • Food or chemistry related degree
  • Proven industrial/ manufacturing beverage experience (ideally in both soft drink &alcoholic beverage sectors)
  • Extensive scale experience in beverage sector.
  • Recipe development experience in wide range of beverage types, using a variety of ingredients (functional, juices, etc).
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Expert beverage regulations experience/knowledge.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute to innovative ideas.
  • Understanding of HACCP procedures, product quality safeguards and food Hygiene Regulations.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
